Acro class will include excessive stretching, with some partner stunt work, and individual skills including: Tinsicas, ariels, leg stretches, walkover, limbers, backhand springs, and more.
Tumbling is a beginner class that starts with rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and more. This class includes stretching and strengthening as well.
